His work spans prediction markets, multi-venue arbitrage and structured products, with systematic tooling built for event-driven edges on Polymarket and Deribit. A frequent conference speaker, he leads the working session himself.
Alexander Rivan Ronalds is a founder and technology executive with over two decades scaling platforms to hundreds of millions of users, including senior leadership at Meta. Now Co-Founder of botshift, he builds platforms that integrate AI agents with real-world environments. His thesis is singular: the most transformative technologies of the next decade will merge intelligence with physical presence — turning AI from a tool we use into an experience we encounter.
Olha builds the gatherings from the ground up — organising each event end to end and curating the room: who is in it and how the evening unfolds. She leads guest correspondence and is the public face of the gatherings.
